Turmeric Vanilla Fudge⠀
Vegan and gluten-free! These are KILLERRRR!! So fudgey and perfectly balanced with spice and vanilla flavors. I combined @kweenandco vanilla granola butter and @mynaturesharvest Turmeric Latte Mix for this bomb combo. ⠀
@mynaturesharvest makes the absolute best turmeric latte mixes with the CLEANEST organic ingredients. I’ll never go back to making my own! 🤷🏼⠀
Here’s what I did:⠀
-1/2 cup @kweenandco vanilla granola butter⠀
-1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)⠀
-1/4 cup maple syrup (I used @traderjoes vanilla bean - game changer!!!)⠀
-1 1/2 tsp @mynaturesharvest Turmeric Latte mix (I did 2 tsp for a little extra spice) - you can just substitute turmeric here if you need to⠀
-2 tsp vanilla extract (I used @thrivemarket )⠀
-1/2 cup oat flour⠀
Whisk together until well combined.
Pour into a small pan lined with parchment paper. I used a bread pan.
Level out and sprinkle with more Turmeric Latte Mix on top.
Freeze for 10 minutes.
Store in the fridge or freezer!⠀
