Nature’s Harvest Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Sponsor is Tree of Dreams Inc, trading as Nature’s Harvest (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on September 26, 2026 and ends at 9:00 a.m. PDT on September 27, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the Nature’s Harvest Sweepstakes entry form.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Limit one entry per person.
5. Marketing Consent
Subscribing to Nature’s Harvest marketing emails is optional and is not a condition of entry.
Choosing not to subscribe will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.
6. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive:
One $100 Nature’s Harvest Gift Voucher
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $100 USD
Total prize pool: $300 USD
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for products available from the Nature’s Harvest U.S. online store and are not redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection
Three winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place in San Diego, California, on or about September 27, 2026, following the close of the Sweepstakes.
Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.
Potential winners may be required to confirm their eligibility before receiving their prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period specified by the Sponsor, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Entry Verification
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.
10. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided, except at the Sponsor’s discretion where permitted by law.
The Sponsor may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entries and contact winners.
Entrants who separately choose to subscribe to marketing communications may receive Nature’s Harvest news, offers and promotions in accordance with the Nature’s Harvest Privacy Policy.
12. General
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
